02/22/2011 • Saturday was a day of preparedness at our house. We hadn't planned it that way, but I woke up Saturday morning with some apparently extra energy. :) I went for a nice brisk walk while the family was still snoozing away, did some weeding in the yard, and then the kids were up and running. 02/08/2011 • Alrightythen. So this week I actually did it! I tried my hand at cooking some dry beans. Holy PROGRESS! :) Before I could talk myself out of it, I just went into my kitchen, grabbed a quart sized Mason jar, grabbed some pinto beans, stuck a cup of beans in the jar, and then filled it up with water. 01/13/2011 • Hey all. Today I've been working on finishing up my First Aid Car Kits.
